Watch Dogs 2 Has A New Protagonist
A picture has been leaked over the internet which seems to show the protagonist for the upcoming Watch Dogs 2. The picture was initially spotted by Nerdleaks over an Instagram profile which goes by the ID, TheKingCourt. The user posted the alleged picture with caption as follows:
Had a blast doing motion capture work as the lead character in a new video game series! (= #actor #motioncapture #artist #videogames #ps4 #xbox #art #work #comingsoon #WatchDogs2
The user then after made his profile picture private but the cached version of his account made it possible to get a sneak peek. There is a chance that King means a new main character, as opposed to a replacement for the first game’s protagonist Aiden Pearce. That said, the series’ creative director, Jonathan Morin has said that Ubisoft would be “taking risks” with the sequel.
As from the Ubisoft’s side, “the next instalment of Watch Dogs” will launch before March 2017. Before this, sources of Kotaku claimed the game would be set in San Francisco and launch later this year.
Here's the real leak we spotted days ago.
