Fallout 4 modding suite will be PC only , will be available for pre load in a few days

Bethesda has already confirmed that Xbox One and the Playstation 4 will have mods , allowing console owners to enjoy the gameplay enhancing user-created mods bring to any Fallout game. But now Bethesda has confirmed that the mods themselves will have to be created on a PC . Todd Howard says Fallout 4 won’t have any loading screens , talks about map size

Director Todd Howard has revealed some interesting information on Fallout 4 via an interview.
