Thermaltake has enhanced their Smart Power Management service platform with the addition of two new features: Energy Saving Plan and Voltage Alert.
With the Energy Saving Plan, the new function estimates the amount of money users can save and their contribution to protecting the environment through monitoring electricity usage. By using the Energy Saving Plan, users can set a goal for wattage consumption within a specific time period and further trim their electricity bill. In addition, a usage reminder and daily energy consumption report will be sent to users via email and mobile app.
Voltage Alert
The voltage alert alerts users once the voltage is over or below 5% of the normal voltage level by sending a warning message will be automatically sent via the DPS G APP 2.0, DPS G Mobile APP 1.0, and DPS G Smart Power Management Cloud 1.0. The push notification minimizes the risk of damage due to the malfunction of internal components.
To raise the awareness on global warming and thoroughly implement the idea of energy-saving, Thermaltake invited top modders worldwide, including the United States, Australia, Philippines, Germany, Italy, France, Switzerland, Malaysia, and Japan, to experience SPM of the latest Smart DPS G Gold (750W/650W) and Bronze (700W/600W) Series.
SPM is a cloud computing platform that tracks and analyzes PC electricity consumption, allowing users to observe and learn their own energy consumption and alter their behavior to achieve the goal of reducing CO2 emission, and together contribute to slowing down global warming.
