PowerColor has partnered with Acro Engineering Company to strengthen the distribution of its AMD Radeon graphics cards across India. The agreement comes as PowerColor GPUs have already started appearing in the Indian market, with Acro now taking on a larger role in expanding the brand’s channel presence.

Rather than being a straightforward market entry, the partnership is aimed at building a broader distribution network covering retailers, PC builders, system integrators and e-commerce channels.

PowerColor Looks to Build a Wider India Footprint

Acro will leverage its pan-India channel network to expand PowerColor’s reach across gaming, enthusiast PC, content creation and professional computing segments.

The companies also plan to work on channel development, product awareness, partner engagement and retail expansion. For Indian buyers, the immediate significance is potentially wider and more consistent access to PowerColor’s Radeon lineup.

PowerColor, the graphics card brand of TUL Corporation, has been producing AMD Radeon graphics cards since 1997.

Himanshu Jain, CEO & Director of Acro Engineering, said the company sees significant potential for PowerColor in India and plans to use its channel strength to build the brand locally. PowerColor Vice President Gillian Chiu described India as an important market for gaming and high-performance computing.

What This Means for Indian PC Builders

With PowerColor SKUs already making their way into the Indian market, Acro’s involvement could give the brand a more structured distribution footprint rather than introducing the Radeon lineup from scratch.

The partnership also puts PowerColor in a stronger position to reach the growing Indian DIY PC, gaming and system-integrator market, where availability and channel support can be just as important as the hardware itself.

Pricing and Availability

The announcement does not disclose pricing or specify which PowerColor models will be distributed initially through Acro.

However, PowerColor graphics cards are already appearing in the Indian market, with the new partnership expected to expand their availability through Acro’s wider channel network.
