LG’s Premium TVs Upgraded with New OLED Panel, Advanced LCD Panel Structure, Upgraded Processor and UX Offer Even More Screen Sizes for 2021.

LG sets new standards in the TV industry with their new range of premium TVs, featuring OLED, QNED, Mini LED and NanoCell TVs. Their new TV lineup includes CES 2021 Best of Innovation Award winner ( model 48C1) as well as several Innovation Award honorees. LG has upgraded its new televisions with a new OLED panel, new advanced LCD panel structure by combining Quantum NanoCell color technology with mini LED backlighting for improved color accuracy and higher contrast ratios. LG also brings a new upgraded AI processor and newly redesigned webOS to provide a beautiful fresh new user experience for 2021.

LG’s 2021 OLED TV lineup introduces it’s most advanced range of OLED TVs by far with new models that come in more large sizes features improved viewing experience that builds upon LG’s legendary brand reputation.

LG’s latest G1 series of TVs features OLED evo, an even better OLED panel to what we have seen so far, that promises better color accuracy, higher brightness and incredible clarity to brings incredibly realistic imaging.

LG OLED comes in a 48 inch variant for console gamers and the new large 83-inch model a great cinematic viewing experience for the entire family and more. LG also launches the Gallery Stand which looks very sleek and elegant and features a very flush Gallery Design mount, for people who want more flexibility with their interior setup.

LG’s new intelligent processor, the α (Alpha) 9 Gen 4 AI, revamps the performance on the newest LG OLED TV models in the Z1, G1 and C1 series, LG QNED Mini LED TV models QNED99 and QNED95 and LG NanoCell TV models NANO99 and NANO95. The processor leverages advanced deep learning algorithms to accomplish better upscaling enhancement, making content of standard quality look sharper like higher resolutions on the large, self-emissive displays. LG’s newest processor features AI Picture Pro technology, which recognizes onscreen objects such as faces and bodies and distinguishes between foregrounds and backgrounds, processing each object independently to make images more three-dimensional. With its ability to detect content genre, the α9 Gen 4 processor further optimizes picture quality, amount of light in scenes and ambient conditions in various viewing environments.

The AI processor also introduces upgraded AI Sound Pro with two major features, the Virtual 5.1.2 surround sound up-mixing which delivers an immersive audio experience using the TV’s built-in speakers and Auto Volume Leveling ensures a consistent level of volume when switching between channels or streaming apps, which gives you a much better experience.

LG’s updated webOS 6.0 smart TV platform featuring completely redesigned New Home screen as well as performance and feature improvements. LG’s webOS 6.0 provides more efficient access to apps and more powerful content discovery capabilities with better personalized recommendations for the user. The TV comes with the newly improved Magic Remote. LG’s new webOS offers users a much simple yet improved navigation within the next-generation TVs and into the growing webOS ecosystem.

LG’s innovative and revolutionary self-lit pixel technology used in the panels featured by the 2021 lineup offer perfect blacks and have been certified as having 100 percent color fidelity by the global product testing agency Intertek. While having the best colors and contrast in the industry, LG’s TVs support Dolby Vision IQ and Dolby Atmos® takes viewer immersion beyond anything ever experienced within the industry.

LG’s OLED TVs are G-SYNC® Compatible, FreeSync™ Premium supported and feature variable refresh rate (VRR), all of which can be managed within the Game Optimizer. The Game Optimizer, featured in all LG 2021 webOS TVs including QNED Mini LED and NanoCell TVs, automatically applies the best picture settings according to the type of the game being played. LG’s new OLED TVs come along with 1 millisecond response time, low input lag and four ports supporting the latest HDMI specifications, making them incredibly good for gaming.

LG also expanded the number of TV models that will support HDMI 2.1. Enhanced audio return channel (eARC) and automatic low latency mode (ALLM) will be supported across every series. LG’s QNED90 Mini LED, NANO90 and NANO85 NanoCell TVs will also support variable refresh rate (VRR) for an outstanding experience for those who love gaming.

LG’s OLED TVs have low blue light recognition from TÜV Rheinland and also employ the world’s first Eyesafe-certified TV panels that meet the low blue light emission requirement of Eyesafe, a U.S.-based health standards agency. Tests have shown that LG OLED TVs emit approximately 50 percent less blue light than a similar-sized premium LCD TV panel.
