DeepCool has announced the CL6600, a new high-performance PC case built around a split-chamber thermal design that separates CPU and GPU cooling paths. The case comes with a pre-installed 360mm liquid cooler, aiming to simplify high-end system builds while improving thermal efficiency.

Positioned as a next-generation airflow-focused chassis, the CL6600 reflects a growing shift in case design toward thermal isolation as modern CPUs and GPUs continue to increase in power density.

Split-Chamber Design Targets Thermal Separation

At the core of the CL6600 is DeepCool’s HyperSplit layout, which places the radiator and CPU cooling loop in a dedicated upper chamber. By isolating the radiator from the main hardware area, the design is intended to reduce thermal crossover and prevent CPU heat from affecting GPU temperatures.

This approach allows the liquid cooling system to operate independently of the heat generated by graphics cards and other components, addressing a common limitation of traditional single-chamber designs.

Pre-Installed Cooling and Targeted GPU Airflow

The CL6600 ships with a 360mm liquid cooler pre-installed, paired with three FDB fans housed entirely within the radiator chamber. DeepCool also includes two reverse-blade FL12 SE fans mounted on a pull-out bottom bracket, directing cool air straight toward the GPU.

Combined with the case’s high-clearance bottom structure, this setup is designed to strengthen GPU cooling—an increasingly important consideration for modern high-wattage graphics cards.

Front Panel Balances Airflow and Aesthetics

DeepCool equips the CL6600 with a full-height grille front panel to maximize direct airflow into the case. A real-wood accent is integrated into the front design, adding a natural aesthetic element while maintaining airflow-focused functionality.

Broad Hardware Compatibility and Expansion

The CL6600 supports a wide range of modern hardware configurations, including:

  • GPUs up to 413mm in length (388mm with front fans installed)
  • Power supplies up to 160mm
  • Air coolers up to 175mm in height

The case is also compatible with back-connected motherboards, with ample space behind the tray for cable routing and clean builds.

Flexible Fan and Cooling Support

DeepCool rates the CL6600 for support of up to eight fans in total. Fan mounting options include:

  • Front: up to two 140mm fans
  • Rear: 120mm or 140mm fan
  • Bottom: two 120mm fans for GPU cooling
  • Upper chamber: space for three 120mm fans behind the radiator, enabling push-pull configurations

This flexibility allows builders to fine-tune airflow depending on system requirements.

Front-Mounted PSU and Builder-Friendly Details

The power supply is mounted at the front of the case, exhausting through a dedicated vent so its airflow does not interfere with the main chamber. With PSU connectors facing the rear of the motherboard tray, cable bends are reduced, and a PSU extension cable is included for rear power access.

Additional quality-of-life features include:

  • Tool-free removable exterior panels
  • Pull-out dust filters on all major intake and exhaust points
  • Integrated pop-out headset hook

Availability

The DeepCool CL6600 will be available globally in black and white variants through authorized DeepCool retailers. Warranty coverage includes five years on the liquid cooling system and one year on the case chassis. Pricing will vary by region and has not been disclosed at launch.
