Hardware Specifications Leaked Before Final Unveiling This Week

Thanks to numerous leaks before, we can ascertain the release date is 19th of August. Some of the more recent leaks gives a good enough view of what the device will pack under the hood. Though the specifications are a bit sketchy, we can expect the following:

  • Snapdragon 821 Processor, in relation to Qualcomm’s recent launch of the chipset
  • Exynos 8893 chipset, though this information  comes from sketchy  benchmarks
  • 6GB of Samsung 10nm DRAM
  • 5.7 inch Super AMOLED QHD Display
  • 3000 mAh Battery
  • 12MP rear shooter and 5MP front camera

We assume the camera specs shouldn’t differ from those found on the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge. There is also chatter about an Iris Scanner too.  Samsung might just integrate such  a thing to it’s 2016 phablet.

Design and Pricing of the Galaxy Note 7

Those who are very curious about the design of the device will be extremely satisfied as the device’s first 360 render is also up for viewing. The overall design is reminiscent of Galaxy S lineup’s strong influence.  The much rumored Iris Scanner can be seen in the front of the device. Beautiful design aside, the phablet will also come in a variety of colors, with the very formal shades of blue leading it.  It’s certainly wonderful to see Samsung’s attempts in taking a different direction, as they have managed to develop quite a mechanistic reputation.

Pricing on the other hand may not be so pleasing. While the actual price is still unconfirmed, it is worth noting that it’ll offer most of what the note 5 does. The Iris Scanner may just be the most pivotal feature of this device. Otherwise, there may be other upgrades that may attract the eager phablet users.
