AMD announces Polaris architecture

The year 2016 is here and we finally have concrete information regarding AMD’s next gen GPU architecture with the official announcement of a new architecture for AMD graphics cards codenamed Polaris. Production will be entrusted to Samsung, and will be based on a 14/16nm FinFET architecture. AMD claw back GPU market share
