New products are coming from Sennheiser – The GSP 300 gaming headset as well as the GSX 1200 PRO and GSX 1000 audio amplifiers. These are Compatible with PC and Mac. The headphone is said to mark a new line of products from Sennheiser. All of these were unveiled at Gamescom 2016 and will be available for purchase next month at various prices.

The products are aimed for gamers, though enthusiasts may also be interested. Sennheiser’s 7.1 algorithm is to feature in these prodcuts, as they say the amps will offer “exceptionally accurate positional sound”. The devices are powered by Digital to Audio Converter or DAC chips which also handle all of the audio processing. By having an external DAC chip, the load from the PC’s CPU will be reduced greatly.
