With unconfirmed report that AIB Partners has stopped or slowed down orders for R9 2xx series chips from AMD,the internet is abuzz with rumors of the imminent 3xx series launch from AMD.
Keeping up with the traditions we are seeing benchmarks popping up in the wild, today’s leak comes courtesy of chiphll from China(as always).

As always..take the leaks with huge load of salts ( and peppers and Oregano’s if you want). But if the leaks are turned out to be true then we are l0ooking at substantial improvement form the previous generation and the Green side.

The AMD Radeon R9 380x and the 390X is rumored to be coming with HBM memory, The first generation of HBM promises to deliver 4.5X the bandwidth of GDDR5 and a staggering 16 times the bandwidth of DDR3.Add to that an hybrid cooling system and 4096 compute cores we are looking a die with monster performance. Only time will tell if it can leave upto the hype or not.
